Indri is a village at the foot of the Himalayas in India. Since 2012, there is a distillery there that produces whisky in a sustainable manner from an Indian barley variety. Meet this (award winning!) Indri Trini, a single malt matured in 3 cask types.

The new Whistler Mosaic Marsala Cask from Boann Distillery is a wonderful new single grain, a truly premium example of Irish Whiskey.

The agave was allowed to mature in the fields for 7 years before being harvested and going through the process of cooking, fermentation and double distillation. This artisanal tequila was bottled immediately after distillation.
