This is a delicious Reposado Mezcal from the Ilegal company. It's distilled at Destileria Tlacolula in Oaxaca, Mexico, and is double distilled in copper stills. It's then aged in American oak before bottling. This was awarded a Gold Medal at the Tequila.

With 100% agave tepeztate is very herbal, has intense flavors of moist herbs, with fresh mineral notes. The tepeztate is one of the most spectacular agave species for making mezcal, if only because the plant usually needs 25 years to mature.

From just outside the region of Sola de Vega comes the first expression from Siete Misterio to be made in copper pot stills rather than a clay oven.

Platinum is made from 100% Estate Grown Agave in the Highland of Jalisco. It is left to mellow in American Oak for a minimum of 14 days before it is bottled. It can be enjoyed neat or as a great addition to any cocktail. Makes a phenomenal Margarita

El Tequileño Reposado Gran Reserva is aged for a minimum of 8 months in American Oak and blended with a small amount of Añejo aged in American Oak. This is a perfectly balanced tequila with real character. A must for all!

Guillermo Sauza launched Fortaleza in 2005, bringing back the traditions of previous generations at the family distillery that had sat unused for too long. This celebrated añejo was aged for 18 months in American oak casks.

Before the Villa Lobos Añejo spends 2 years maturing in oak casks, it is rested in steel tanks for at least 6 months, an undertaking that master distiller Carlos Camarena says gives the tequila a silky quality.

The agave was allowed to mature in the fields for 7 years before being harvested and going through the process of cooking, fermentation and double distillation. This artisanal tequila was bottled immediately after distillation.

Cabo Maya Reposado is aged in American white oak barrels during 8 months. The result is the perfect middle between Cabo Maya Plata: crystal-clear, of supreme quality and Cabo Maya Añejo, elegantly dark. Reposado is smooth and with soft oak notes.

It's the second batch of bourbon-cask-matured Calvados from the Boulard team! The additional helpings of vanilla, buttery corn, and pepper spice imparted by the bourbon casks work very well with the French apple brandy, making for a satisfying sip.

The third batch of Calvados from Boulard which has been given a finishing period in casks that previously held rye whiskey. This series has seen the top Calvados producer finish its spirit in a variety of casks, which allows you to try them and see

Boulard has finished its Calvados in bourbon casks, in rye casks, and now, the team has gone and used wheat whiskey casks! Not a common cask type for finishing spirits at all – we're really interested to see the impact it has on this one's flavour profile

A rather interesting expression from Boulard, made with Calvados that has been initially aged in French oak casks before enjoying a second maturation in casks used for bourbon and rye!

Boulard has been experimenting with a host of different cask types to mature its Calvados in, and the team has picked an incredibly intriguing one here – Mizunara oak from Japan!
