This rum is from the West Indies Rum Distillery (WIRD) in Barbados and is based on molasses. The rum has been distilled in a series of pot stills in June 2000 and was bottled in July 2024.

Ruby Port Barrique | Distilled 2010 | 282 bottles
Finished in a port cask for 14 months.
Blackberries, raspberries, orange zest, marzipan and glacé cherries.

Hogshead | Distilled 2012 | 296 bottles
Marzipan, lemon meringue pie, toffee. shortbread and raisin butter.

Distilled 2012 | Refill Sherry Butt | 552 Bottles
Creamy, grassy, toffee doughnuts, creme brûlée, honeycomb and a hint of ginger.

2 Hogsheads | Distilled 2012 | 733 Bottles
A small batch of 2 hogsheads, married together for 2 months before bottling. Creamy, custard tarts, rock salt, citrus and pears.

Tasting Notes:
Before: Condensed milk, Green Tea, Orange zest, Caramelised sugar, Shortbread.
After: Gentle sherry, Leather, Earthy, Coconut, Herbal.

This mezcal with ensamble tobalà-cuishe (two of the very best agaves that Mexico produces) is exceptionally full and aromatic with herbal and mineral notes

The agave was allowed to mature in the fields for 7 years before being harvested and going through the process of cooking, fermentation and double distillation. This artisanal tequila was bottled immediately after distillation.

El Tequileño Reposado Gran Reserva is aged for a minimum of 8 months in American Oak and blended with a small amount of Añejo aged in American Oak. This is a perfectly balanced tequila with real character. A must for all!

El Tequileño Cristalino Reposado tequila is rested
for 4 months in American Oak.

Platinum is made from 100% Estate Grown Agave in the Highland of Jalisco. It is left to mellow in American Oak for a minimum of 14 days before it is bottled. It can be enjoyed neat or as a great addition to any cocktail. Makes a phenomenal Margarita
