This 13 year old single malt was distilled at Teaninich back in June 2008. The whisky was matured in a single cask for 13 years, before the fab gang at Old Goonsy's Malt decided it was time to crack it open and bottle it up in June 2021!

From the ever-exceptional Foursquare distillery in Barbados, this impressive expression combines a blend of 2010 pot and column-distilled rum, matured for 12 years in bourbon casks.
Aged for 13 months in American Oak, French Oak, and bourbon casks. Nose of maple, clove, and bitter orange. Mellow flavors of dark chocolate, vanilla, smoke and sweet agave on the palate, followed by a full, rich finish.
A medium bodied rum distilled in a double wooden pot still, with a moderately estery character enhanced by a finish for 22 months in refill Oloroso.
