Glendalough Pot Still Irish Whiskey (70cl, 43%)

the whiskey wasn't distilled by Glendalough, though it was distilled to their specification by an unnamed distillery. It's matured in bourbon casks and then finished for a year in Irish virgin oak casks, made from sustainably felled 140 year old trees from the forests surrounding the distillery. Bottled up at 43% ABV, the oak finish gives a lot of green notes to this otherwise rather creamy whiskey.
