La Maison du Rhum Salvador Maja batch # 3 2011 comes from a small country in Central America bordered by the Pacific. It is a molasses rum resulting from a complex assembly process developed by Don Pancho Fernandez, famous Cuban maestro ronero.

The distillery has 4 columns, from which flow rums between 78 and 98% alcohol.

They are reduced between 55 and 75% before being put into barrels.

This edition was distilled in 2011 and placed in new American oak barrels for more than 8 years.

Finally, she received a 3-month finish in fino casks, a variety of dry sherry.

Bottling took place in 2020, for a total of 2743 bottles.
