Darkness Inchfad 13 Year Old Pedro Ximénez Cask Finish (49.9%)

Inchfad is the name the distillery uses for its heavily peated single malt, and before this one was bottled up for the Darkness range, it was finished in a Pedro Ximénez sherry octave cask. The tiny octave casks offers a greater surface area to volume ratio than your run-of-the-mill cask, allowing for more interaction between the wood and the whisky.
