Named for the bodegas where some of Spain’s most exquisite Oloroso Sherry Butts were sourced and matured some of Ireland’s finest triple distilled single malt in them for at least 5 long years, which created a single malt with juicy, sherry vibrancy whils

Nose Stewed dark fruits, leather, chocolate and tobacco on the fore with citrus peel and caramel undertones.
Palate Oily mouthfeel, with leather, spices, dried figs and sultanas, coupled with bitter chocolate and dry citrus peel.
Finish A long, lingering, dry mouthfeel with dried fruits, and maltiness remaining.
