Now, we've not always been the best at correctly identifying our Scottish wildlife, but we're pretty confident that it's an otter on the label of this bottle right here.
Nose: Smoked malt and charred oak with wafts of poached peach and a drop of honey.
Palate: Peppery spice with grassy peat smoke, spiced orchard fruits with burnt sugar, and underlying traces of bonfire ash.
Finish: Toffee apples and burnt treacle mingle with just a touch of coastal salinity.
