The red variant of Vermouth del Professore – produced by collaboration between Federico Ricatto, Carlos Quaglia and the Jerry Thomas Speakeasy in Rome.
A variation on the Vermouth Del Professore recipe, made with wine which has been infused with vanilla for a month before being infused with a selection of classic vermouth botanicals for a further six months before being bottled.
The Del Professore range is a collaboration between Federico Ricatto, Carlos Quaglia and the Jerry Thomas Speakeasy in Rome. The Monsieur gin is the richer of the range, with classic notes of juniper and citrus.
